Colleges that opt out of score choice

I asked this question before but received no answers, lol.

So I've all ready sent my SAT scores to all of the colleges I'm applying to.

And I want to do another SAT in January, pretty much just for kicks. I am not going to study more and it's pretty likely that my scores will stay about the same.

Am I obligated to send the scores I get in January to the colleges that opt out of score choice? Or can I not send them? Keep in mind I've all ready sent all of my scores, so if I get new scores and don't send them, I'm technically not using score choice.

No, you are in no way obligated to send them. The reason College Board implemented score choice was to take some of the pressure off of students. Even though Colleges opt out of score choice, there is no way for them to find out if you used it (in this case you didn’t) and how many times or when you took the test.
