colleges view on ACTs...

i just checked the school's website to make sure they received all of my materials needed for the acceptance process and they did, but i couldn't help but notice something. i had to send my ACTs from the testing agency and i put for them to use my october scores. the school's website said they had received both my october and april scores. my april scores are signifacantly lower and i would stand no chance of getting into the college with them. do they view the fact that i got a low score at first in the admissions process, or do they only look at my highest score?

Colleges only look at your highest scores.
