Which ones?

Harvard, Yale, Stanford

I'd argue that Princeton has the best financial aid in the nation, after the full-tuition schools.

cooper union

I'd argue Cooper Union is pretty good, considering EVERYONE who get in pays no tuition.

You should also check out your local comunity college if you are in the top 10% of your class.

Olin College of Engineering also provides a full tuition scholarship to all students.

College of the Ozarks
Berea College

From what I've experienced, Princeton does a slightly better job than the Ivies since they refuse to give loans (institutional policy, so they say at least), and they give slightly more than the rest.

Princeton is an IVY........8 of 'em. Some call the league the Ancient Eight.

I'm going to say Princeton.

"You should also check out your local comunity college if you are in the top 10% of your class."

In my experience, CCs offer more need-based aid than academic aid. A lot of them, too, don't have very big budgets to make attracting top students a priority. Maybe there are some that do, though. idk.

Yeah, in NJ I think it's called the STARS program where the top 10% of the class goes for free or an exceptionally reduced price to the local cc.

^that's really a sweet deal. I wish wisc had something like that... then again, i wouldnt qualify since my school didn't rank. oh well.

Keep in mind that some of the schools listed as he highest percentage of full tuition; Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Princeton only give need based financial aid. Unless you meet the crititeria for the low income initiatives at these schools (check each school for their individual policies), it is very unlikely that you are going to get full tuition as a family with one child, an income of 200,000 and a lot of equity in their home is most likely not going to get any need based financial aid.

Rice University is very generous with aid. Especally since its tuition is lower than peer institutions anyway, it really works out well.

I third or fourth the notion that Pton gives out loads of aid. Average loan there is... $0.
