collins as a dorm

How does collins compare to the other freshman dorms in terms of rooms size, environment, location, condition socially etc. Will we have to bunk the beds

Collins is perhaps the wildest of the dorms, my hall being one such example. And yep, you will most likely have to bunk the beds. The room size is pretty good, at least it was in my room.

i imagine how wild the dorm is depends on who is in it to some extent.

Seemingly not. Rumor has it that it's always the wildest dorm. I've never been sure how RL&H managed that, actually.

by the way, njwake, what room are you in? i'm in b105.

Aany more specifics on collins would be apprciated

The above link should give you an idea of some basics about Collins, and you can check out http://www.wfu.edu/visitors/maps/campusmap.gif to see where it's located. But as I'm also going to be a freshman, I can't really help other than that. :)

Ginnyvere, I think that, for some reason, it almost always happens because of either the age group (usually some of the youngest folk at Wake) are roomed there. A few of the people in my dorm were younger than me (amazing) and others were, relatively speaking, just a few months older than me. Eh, whatda I know. Maybe it has something to do with maturity... hehehe.

i'm in collins =) , and I was on the younger side of my graduating class. july birthday, just turned 18.

i'm in collins b105 and i turn 19 in october.
