Can you tell me if I have any chance of getting into Columbia Early Decision? Will my film experience help me get in to their film program??

if you don't get in to CC, then noone will

^^^^^ agreed

the filming experience is very impressive and shows dedication since they started quite early. goodluck!

Did you apply to CC?

i applied to CC

Explain to me your work experience. Did you found the website? If so, that would make you the webmaster, not the founder. I looked at the page, and the guy who founded it definitely doesn't look like a senior in high school.

I created the website, but am also the VP of studio wings. My dad and I founded the company together, my dad steve is the one in the pic on the website! I am his "assistant" on all of his jobs.

Oh, that's pretty awesome then. Now, I'm just wondering why you wanted to go into Columbia's film program. Offhand, I would think that NYU or USC's film program is probably a bit better than Columbia's. Just a thought.

well, i've always wanted to live in New York, and I really want to attend law school at columbia as well, my fil career is just like a "hook"

Attending CC wouldn't improve your chances at Columbia Law.

Btw I'm still laughing about your Kumon "award". Kumon is ****.

"Will my film experience help me get in to their film program??"

I thought that was referring to the fact that you have a passion for film. However, after a little research I found out that Columbia only has a film program at a graduate level (graduate MFA program). Anyway, if your why columbia including things about Columbia Law and NYC, then I'd say your chances have slimmed down a bit.
