I just got invited to the columbia interview and I was wondering how columbia conducts interviews. i heard they ask random history questions even for SEAS program.
any help would be appreciated!
also, silly question: should I communicate to the interviewee through email or phone? just wondering...

i had a columbia interview earlier this year, and i wasnt asked a single random history question. it varies depending on who interviews you, because i have heard of it happening.

you should be prepared for the "why columbia" question, as my interview started with that. from there, we just basically struck up a conversation. also, be sure to prepare questions to ask the interviewer
