I graduated HS in 2018 and decided to pursue a gap year for the 2018-2019 school year, while continuing to take college classes. I applied to schools for fall 2019 admission, but only received admission to one school (which is a great school, but I find that I do not mesh well with the environment and culture upon visiting). I started looking at schools with open/rolling admission (EX. Purdue, Penn State, etc.), which I am considering to apply too. I came across Columbia’s School of General Studies as well. I believe I qualify because I have been out of high school for almost a year. However, I am not sure because I hear conflicting information regarding it geared towards working adults. Does anyone have any clear information to offer? Thanks!
