Columbia Transfer Question

Hi, I applied to transfer to Columbia this year. Decisions come out in mid-May, and I think my school ends the first week of May. I would like to send Columbia my 2nd semester grades because I think I will do well and it could boost my chances.

However, I am scared that if I just simply arrange for the registrar's office to send Columbia an updated transcript that it wont get there in time to have any effect on the admissions officers. Are there any alternatives where I can quickly let Columbia know my 2nd semester grades before they mail out decisions?

Go directly to the Registrar's Office and explain your situation. Most of the time, they'll be nice about it, even though you're trying to transfer out. In my case, the Dean of the college found out and set up a meeting with me to discuss why I wanted to transfer!
