I started working on this with an advisor, I think it’s not that bad

Thank you! Any information would be appreciated!

I know you said that you are in the top 10% of your class of 300 but how close to top of class are you. For instance, if there are 29 kids with better averages than you, it will be a tough road for some of the very top schools on your list.

Columbia: Reach
Princeton: Reach
Brown: Reach
U Chicago: Reach
Barnard: Match
Colgate: Match
Wellesley: Match
Case Western: Low Match
WashU St. Louis: Reach
Tufts: Low Reach
Johns Hopkins: Reach
Williams: Reach
Boston College: Match
Amherst College: Reach
Vanderbilt: Reach
Northwestern: Reach
TCNJ: Safety
Rutgers (Pharm, Regular): Match, possibly safety

I think that you are qualified for all of these schools. Many of these schools are reaches because a lot of these schools have very unpredictable admission decisions, especially during Regular Decision. If you want to substantially increase your chances for one of these schools, you should apply early decision (not early action b/c it barely helps). I strongly urge you to apply Early Decision to Northwestern because Northwestern had a 35% early decision acceptance rate this year. Whereas, Northwestern’s regular decision acceptance rate was below 10%.
