Well since I live about 45 min away from campus, I think I'm just gonna drive there and buy myself something (hopefully!!).

and haha jstnerade, I hope so!

dancer22: "and haha jstnerade, I hope so!"

haha I hope not!

i'm assuming that number is due to the fact that more males tend to be in SEAS than females, so prob no affirmative action for females

I've basically wanted to go to Columbia since I was a kid. Yet, somehow I was able to calm myself down about the early decision stuff...

Until I found this forum.

Officially freaking out. Lol

this forum is such an unhealthy place for people like us. XD

There needs to be a CC Anonymous.
Hi. My name is Diana and I am addicted to college forums.

yeah i think it's actually diminishing my chances at other colleges if i don't get in, since i'm on this site instead of doing my work...that's a problem.

I am burning mine too! ....if i don't get in.

yeah, this forum can easily become a problem.. i think my number of posts has more than tripled since I applied ED.. this thread is definitely not helping haha

does anyone know the email of the admissions office, cause i can only find the one for the financial aid office.

ugrad-ask@columbia.edu

gracias homes

PKAT44, I LOVE that t-shirt.

are most of you guys women? cause i've noticed that the links to the columbia store are for women's clothing

i refuse to wear or carry anything that says columbia on it out of fear of getting my hopes up. plus in my school people are crazy about college and that would just scream "I'm applying early here!!" when i really don't wanna discuss it with people. and haha yeah, i'm a girl too!

The guy from my school who went to Columbia last year ED, bought a sweatshirt and wore it at least once a week. My friends tried to keep the fact that he got in from me so that I wouldn't go crazy (he was the salutatorian and it would have driven me insane because I would have been comparing myself to him).

But I eventually found out (ahahaha facebook...) and all I could see was that sweatshirt...and, now, I can't WAIT to be THAT OBNOXIOUS.

I have nothing from CU yet. I'm so worried that I'll never get anything. Yikes!
and I really like that shirt.
