Which of these types of programs offer merit-based scholarships?? I know that there are usually no special scholarships associated with the program but you arer qualified for the normal undergrad/grad scholarships. I looked at a couple (Northwestern and Rice) and realized that they offer little merit-based scholarships, but mostly need-based.

And lastly, is the tuition for attending the combined program the same as if you just attended the school regularly??

The tuition for attending the combined program is the same as regular undergrad/med school. The only difference is that you are guaranteed a spot; everything else is the same (although you'll be accelerated in some programs).

Some programs don't give financial aid (I'm not sure about merit aid) to the combined students (ie. PSU) because the schools say that you're already saving a year or two of tuition.

Boston University has several merit based scholarships. I don't know if the combined students qualify, but I have yet to find anything that says they don't.

University of Rochester also has several merit scholarships.

Case Western offers tremendous merit-scholarships for all undergrads including those who are in the medical program. USC also gives many scholarships. In the past to get the highest scholarship at Case (which was almost full tuition) you needed top 10% and 1500+, and they have similar scholarships for 1400+, 1300+ etc.
