<p>So we've all heard of all iBanking is always so picky on who to recruit and subject them to absolutely ridiculous hours. Pretty much, if you don't go to an Ivy League school, there's no possibility unless you have like relatives who work there/living in NYC.</p>
<p>But what about commercial banking? I know they're much more lax on work hours and still pay rather well. But are these jobs also as picky as iBanking? Do you also have to go to an Ivy League school/have strong connections to Wall Street?</p>
