I got the commitment brochure you guys were talking about in another thread...i just need a little clarification. Is it a good sign, in terms of admission, or a bad sign, or does it mean absolutely nothing? Thanks!

it doesn't mean anything... people who haven't applied to Cornell got the brochure...

so i think it's one of those flyers that Cornell sends to people on mailing lists..

well there's one thing you can eliminate...it isn't a bad thing ;)

But just because people got it who haven't applied to Cornell doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't mean anything....since it seems like many people who applied to Cornell didn't get it. We really have no idea why some people got it and some didnt. So the best answer is that we have no idea what, if anything, it means. We might get a better idea when we find out who got in and who didn't...but by then none of us will care one way or the other. Did you apply to Cornell...ED, RD, or not at all?
Good Luck!

haha i wish it were good

Ohh...man, I was hoping for a different response. Anyway, I applied ED. I hope I get in...
