Commitment Deposit

<p>Hi this is a dumb question but is anybody here going to lehman college? they sent me this letter about the commitment deposit and it says i should send it with the commitment deposit form if I am mailing it to them, but I never got a form with the admission letter. should i just send the money order without the form?</p>
