Common App 3/15 Transfer deadline (midnight of what date?)

<p>I'm applying to Rice to transfer and am wondering if the deadline means 3/15 at 11:59PM that day, or 3/14 at 11:59PM. Does anyone know?</p>

<p>it’s 3/15 at 11:59 pm that day. if the deadline was 3/14 it would be 11:59 on 3/14.</p>
