Common App Academic Distinction and Honors

<p>When I fill out the section for Honors and Distinctions on the Common App, I'm confused about which box to check. Would the Rensselaer Medal be a school recognition since I was nominated by my high school, or a national recognition since schools across the nation participate in it?</p>
