Common App Activities Abbreviations

Hi! Does anyone know of any acceptable abbreviations for Student Council? I don’t have enough characters to write the whole thing. Is Pres. okay to use as an abbreviation for President?

Also, if we had different positions in an activity, should we specify which years we did them? Like for example if I was Secretary from 9th-11th grade and then President in 12th grade, should I write it like “Student Council President (12) & Secretary (9-11)” or leave out which years I did them? Thanks!!
