<p>On the common app where it asks for employment. Would it be acceptable to put the jobs that you have given your self? For example if you had had a yard service or sold tacos out of your kitchen or any other types of self employment. Would that be appropriate to put or would jobs from a real employer be preferred?</p>
<p>You started your own business! How would that not be good? Definitely put it on your app! It shows leadership and drive much more than simply working for someone does.</p>
<p>I definitely agree, that would look great on an app, go into detail, really try to milk it as a leadership opportunity, schools love that.</p>
