<p>Hey guys, I've been writing an essay on the 3rd prompt
"Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you make the same decision again?"
I wrote it, but now I doubt if it fits the topic. I wrote about an occasion on one of the programming contests I took part in.
I described how I solved a hard problem, but when I got the results I got zero points for the problem. I didn't believe it's possible, and when I was given an opportunity to test my solution on the committee's tests, I discovered that their testing program was faulty, and I was unfairly deprived of my 90 points for this problem. Committee admitted their mistake, and corrected the results. The same problem was present on other regional contests, so I probably helped some other participants.</p>
