I submitted the writing supplement for a college I applied ED1 to, and Common App has confirmed that my submission had been successful. However in my student portal it says that the college has not yet received it.

Should I email the school about this? Is anyone having the same problem? Because I know for sure that the parent ED form had a glitch, and I thought maybe the same thing happened to the writing supplement.

Is there any way to check whether the college has downloaded it?

How long has it been since you’ve submitted it to CA? Some schools take longer than others to update their portals

Same problem here. Contacted the school who said they can’t do anything and I need to have the common app resolve it. Currently the common app help page won’t even load.

I applied to Syracuse and they told me that MySlice takes about 7 days to update.

I have the same issue as you.

It has been 21 days already. I have submitted other requirements a few days later than the writing supplement, and they are listed on the portal.

:(

The adcom are probably busy on the EA decision to be announced next week or two. That may delay their downloading and processing of RD applications. If it has been more than 3 weeks or it is within 2 weeks from deadline, do give them a call. Otherwise, just be patient. You are fine as long as you get the confirmation email.
