I just sent my common app into a couple of schools, and I just realized that I made an error in the part where it asks for the classes I'm taking and their credits. All the class names are right, but I listed their credit values as 1.0 rather than 0.5. Should I contact the schools and tell them I made this error? Thanks.

You could, but I think they’d go by the credits that are officially listed on your transcript as part of your courses in progress.

but I applied early action so aren’t they not going to see my courses in progress? I just don’t want them thinking I lied…

hey, psychopath… (feels wierd when you address someone with that)
You should contact your schools, even if they go by some other source. They mite think u lied, and even if they don’t and overlook it as a mistake, you’ll seem really sloppy and casual… so dutifully talk to them and get it fixed. Emailing would be the best way to go since an email goes into your file, so whenever they go to the credits part, they’ll have ur email there as a reminder that this was a mistake…

DONT TURN A BLIND EYE TO IT… MIGHT TAX BADLY!
