common app not showing other recommender assigned

My son’s school uses Naviance for counselor and teacher recs. He has one other recommender that he added. It is showing as submitted for some of his schools, but he has 3 others where it isn’t showing. When he clicks manage recommenders it shows status submitted. These 3 schools do accept other recommenders on the common app.
Any help appreciated.

I think I have figured it out. Some schools for other recommender do not allow you to select other. It has to be clergy, employer, peer, coach, etc. The recommender my S wants to add is in charge of a community volunteer program. Should my S select coach or employer?
