So I have a lot of extra circulars and awards.
The activity and award section only let's yoi add a max of 10 activities and 5 awards. I was considering adding a few more to the additional info section along with further elaborating on a few of my inspiring One. Thoughts?

First of all, make sure that you proofread your text sections of your Common App very carefully because your posting has several grammatical and typographical errors. (You may have just been typing fast, but just in case.) But yes, you can use the “Addt’l Info” section to elaborate on a few (make sure to put “See Addt’l Info” in the Details section of the extracurricular activity. And you could list several others. However, if the schools you are applying to also request a “resume”, then you would not need to list the extra activities there.

And if they wanted an essay about your most “inspiring" EC’s, they’d ask for that too.

Sorry, but someone’s got to say it.

You can put whatever you want in the additional info section, but unless it’s something that’s both important and not addressed elsewhere, you could be shooting yourself in the foot.

We’ve had this discussion in this forum before. Find a way to combine your activities so they fit into the list of ten. If you can’t do that, leave the least important ones off the list. I find it hard to imagine that you’re spending any significant time each week on more than 10 activities. Focus on what’s important and list those.

The same with awards. Combine them to get your list of five, or leave off the ones that are of least importance.

You need to understand that even though everything you’ve ever done is important to you, it’s just not so important to an admissions officer, especially an admissions officer with 100’s of other applications to read.
