Common App Question... Need a quick answer! :)

Ok, so I’ve decided to use the common app. Extremely easy to use; however, I have one question. When you put your essay on the common app, does it need to be double spaced? It never asked to put it in double spaced, so I was curious. I was nervous that it would be “truncated.” lol
