When I input my siblings' names under the family section of the Common App, the middle initials are copied over from the second entered sibling onto the third entered sibling, overriding the third sibling's actual middle initial... Should I state the correction to this in the additional information section or not put any middle initials at all? I don't want to wait for the common app to fix this because I am wanting to submit soon.

Aren’t middle initials optional anyhow? I think you’re fine either way

Your siblings’ middle initials are irrelevant to your application and there is no need to provide correcting information about any errors caused by the common app’s glitches. It’s fine to leave the initials out, or include them incorrectly your choice. Whether you are admitted or denied by a school, your siblings’ middle initials will not have been a factor in the decision process.
