Common App topic of your choice

<p>If you select topic of your choice for the common app essay, are you supposed to write the topic at the top of your essay? I'm basically writing a personal statement.</p>

<p>I'd say use a title.</p>

<p>dont write 'topic of your choice' ... thgats checked in the box when u select ... say something like 'THE LIFE AND Times of pinkytolip' (summat like that but less cheesy)</p>

<p>Or just title it "Personal Statement" i think its nice and elegant</p>
