<p>My counselor has already submitted the transcripts through Common App but when I checked into university portal it seemed that the transcripts have not yet be sent (It has been two weeks since I submitted the application by the way). Is this normal or something that I should worry about?</p>
<p>This time of year it is perfectly normal for the college websites to lag behind. Someone at the college has to manually download your materials through common app, review the materials to see what they have, then manually update your account on the university server to reflect the materials received. That takes time. Many schools did not staff their offices during the holiday, so I would not worry unless it doesn’t show up on the system by Jan 6 or so. At that point, you could call the school to double check.</p>
