Common APP won't allow me to sign in/reset password

<p>It keeps saying, "Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
The user name or password provided is incorrect." when I sign in. I'm 100% sure the information is correct.</p>

<p>When I click forgot password, it sends an e-mail to my email saying there is no account associated with this email. I've signed on billions of times before, this just started! Help please! I need to sign in!</p>

<p>The server is just busy. Do not submit a password change request or you may end up stuck for a day or two. Just try another browser or login again at a different time.</p>
