I created an account after the Common App reset using a certain email, but when I tried to log back in a second time it said that the email/password combo was incorrect. So then I clicked “forgot password” but it sent me an email saying that there was no account associated with that email. I can’t create another account either because the personal information is already taken.
I tried submitting a help ticket, but it only took me to a page that said “unauthorized”. Which I’m pretty sure is a glitch.
I know some people have had login glitches, but if they go to another computer or sign it later they can get in. But I haven’t been able to get into my account for about a week now.
What should I do in this case?
