Common Application Queries...

Hi guys,

I've begun to fill out the Common App and I have a few questions to ask about certain sections of the form. Thank you for your time:

1) Page 1: In the "Future Plans" section, what do you fill out in the "college" and "deadline" spaces? Is it the college you're sending the form too and it's application deadline?

2) What does it mean "do you intend to enroll in a degree progam your first year?" Do I misunderstand the question or don't you, by default, enroll in a degree program when you go to uni?

3) Page 3: Where is says "list all other secondary schools as well as summer and other programs, etc..." does this include summer work exp. and placement experiences? Because there are only 3 lines...?

4) Page 4: What does "letters earned" mean?

Also, some quick questions for anyone who is also applying to Harvard and/or Princeton:

Harvard supplement pg. 1: If I'm interested in working in finance/investment banking, should I select "business" as the vocation I'm interested in, or other?

pg.4: I'm unsure of how to fill in the grey box for international applicants. What does the 2nd question mean/imply?

Princeton page 3: In "A Few Details," do you think elaboration is necessary? Also does "recording" mean "song?"

Thank you very much for all of your help!

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) List them if they involve secondary schools.
4) Certificates of recognition, merit, achievement, etc.

letters earned refers to varsity letters for sports

Thank you dchow08 and bobdylan4444!
