I have a question regarding common application supplement.

Why does the University of Rochester say that they have not yet received my supplement although the common app site says i have successfully submitted it?

I understand that they are on their holiday so that they can't receive my SAT score, transcript and recommendation letters, though.

However, they say they have received my common application but not supplement.

It takes time for schools to process materials. Like you mentioned, it's holiday season, so there might not be anyone at the office right now. Plus, everyone is submitting/mailing materials all at the same time; they are likely swamped or will be swamped upon returning.

I'd say give it a week or two, and if you still don't see any changes, try contacting the office through email/phone call.

Are you sure by "not yet received" the school just means they haven't downloaded it yet? I've got schools who haven't downloaded my supplements yet, but they have records of when they're submitted. Look in the checklist to see the difference between submitted and downloaded.
