CommonApp/Naviance Teacher Rec Submission Problem

<p>My teacher says she's got everything uploaded on Naviance but cannot send the docs because the box to do so is apparently grayed out. Does anyone know the solution to fix this?</p>

<p>Some background info:
This is only happening to one of my schools (Yale), oddly enough. The rest have already been submitted with all materials sent. However, I put Yale on my list of colleges a bit late (on Common App) whereas it was on Naviance a long time ago. On Common App, it looks like my counselor had sent her school forms, but my teacher rec letters are not (the space still mentions that I require 2 more teacher rec. letters). When I asked one of my teachers a few days ago if she could send hers on Naviance, she told me she could not "check the box to submit" because the letters area was "shaded out". </p>

<p>Any ideas?</p>

<p>The only other discrepancy is that I have Yale on my list of colleges on Naviance TWICE. But I checked some online guidelines from Naviance itself and they mention that it shouldn't be a problem, at least regarding teacher recs. </p>

<p>Thanks for responding. I had already created an alternate app for the majority of my schools about a month ago (had some things to update). However, Yale was not originally on the list when I transferred from the original to version 1. I listed Yale after I had submitted all of the other apps.</p>

<p>That being said, it seems like I cannot make another duplicate app since I’ve already submitted my Yale materials (except for the school forms which remain “in progress”). Is there a way to bypass this? </p>
