I’m currently in my second year at a community college, on a transfer program; I’m getting all my pre-recs done at the cc before I transfer; I’m also majoring in criminal justice. During my first two years at cc, english and math were the toughest subjects for me. Right now, my English course isn’t looking so good for me. The professor I have is a great professor, but he really don’t go into detail on what he expects you to have for a paper, I usually get tutoring with my papers . The course was basically a hit-or-miss, meaning that the grade I had prior to the withdrawal date was passable and I didn’t want to withdraw knowing I had a chance, but the recent paper I got today I didn’t do too well on hurt my grade bad, now its past the withdrawal date and I may finish the course with an F. I know the F will show on my transcript I retake the course next fall and earn a better grade in that course, how better will that look, knowing I put in the effort in the course I retake? In case anyone was wondering, Southern A&M University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is the university I want to transfer to.
