Community College student

Hello everybody!

I'm an international student, I came to the US last January and enrolled in a Community College. I will be done with my requirements for an Associate of Arts in Business Administration in July. My goal is to transfer to a 4 year institution next Fall to continue my Bachelor degree in Finance.
The thing is I really have no idea what my chances are for top universities. The more I read about the requirements and the more I freak out.
Here is my background (chronologically):

-Community College, 38 credits, 3.84 gpa. (my goal is to rise it to 3.9, I can do it)
I'm a member of the honor society Phi Theta Kappa.

-Studied in a Medical school abroad for two years, in a country where we've had political tensions that disrupted my studies several times.
I've had an internship for about a month in a hospital where I worked as an Assistant Nurse.

-Graduated from an international French high school with highest honor mention.
I also took the International option of the baccalaur

Go visit the Transfer Advisor at your community college, and get help with your transfer applications. The Transfer Advisor can tell you where students like you have been admitted in recent years.

Actually I did, but I feel most of them don’t know how to categorize me as an international students. They already have difficulties counseling American students…

Do you think I can have a shot at these universities:

-U of Virginia (McIntire Business School)
-College of William and Mary
-U Penn
-U of Michigan
-North Carolina Chapel Hill
-U of Texas- Austin
-UC Berkeley
-GW University
-Georgetown University

Thanks

You will definitely get into some of those

I applied to UMd and got accepted. Thank you for your insight :)

No problem! Is UMD where you are headed?
