Okay, so I submitted my Common App to all of the schools to which I am applying, and my high school transcript is in. However, I was not able to submit my community college transcript where I took one class as a sophomore in high school in time before the holidays began. Will this transcript be accepted after the holidays if I send it right when school begins, or are my applications voided because I did not submit this?

I believe Common App says with regard to college transcripts “if possible”. That indicates to me that it’s not a huge deal if you have or not. I do know that a lot of high schools have a cooperative program with community colleges where you can get both high school and college credit for that class, and as a result, that class will also be part of your high school transcript (which of course colleges have access to). I don’t know if this is your case, though.

No I did not transfer the credit. However, I was just worried about it because sites like Stanford and Princeton say that one needs to submit the transcript, but I don’t see how this class would affect my admission since it was optional to report it.
