Okay, if anyone has read many DePaul threads... you can tell I love DePaul (so far). What I'm afraid of, however, is that the university has too much of a commuter campus and I will not have the traditional fun that would be had on a more residential campus.

In one way, I want the live in the city, not attend the university feel, but do you think DePaul strikes a balance between being too commuter, and too residential (not intregrated into the city).

This is an interesting question that was never answered…

I was actually wondering the same thing… Does anyone know?

I’ve heard many times that Loyola is a commuter school, so is DePaul as well?

I visited the Lincoln Park campus and I didn’t feel it had commuter feel at all.

I completely agree with Whosmarcus. They say that over 70% of frosh live on campus. and some off campus housing is 2 steps off campus. I’m hoping DePaul does strike a good balance, and I personally believe it does
