Hello,
I’m a transfer to URI and will be commuting. My earliest class starts at 8am, and I have heard that parking spaces fill up quickly. My question is: how quickly? Will I have trouble finding parking at, let’s say, 7:30am? I could arrive earlier, but obviously would rather not if it’s at all possible.
Also, what lots fill up first? I don’t mind walking up the hill or from the arena, but would rather park in the Flagg lot.
