Comp Sci at NC State vs UNC Chapel Hill

So the title pretty much says it all…I know there is an old post about this, but as an ever evolving major I feel it is somewhat outdated. Which university has a stronger program overall? I am specifically interested in cyber security and software development…Would love some insight into the programs at both of these great schools…Thanks!
