Cue the wall of text:

I did running start for two yrs in HS and am going to UW Seattle this fall as a junior credit-wise but I'm actually going in with the class of 2018.

At Bellevue college I got the following grades, and I know they aren't good enough for CSE but could I retake some or take other courses to show the CSE department that I'm worthy. I'm certainly not with these grades though.

MATH 120/1XX(PRECALC II): A- MATH 124: F first time, C after retaking it. CS 142: B- CS 143: B+ ENGL 131: A ENGL 1XX(Literature course): A- HCDE 231: A ENGL 182: B+ PHIL 100: B ECON 201: B- HSTAA 101, 1XX: B+, A- PSYCH 101: B- SOC 110: A CHEM 110: A ASTR 1XX: A COM 201: A

I really wanted CS at first but then started to miss high school and a bunch of stupid stuff as I began the pre-reqs and I let my emotions get the best of me. So I am currently planning on doing a COM or SOC major and either a minor in CS (CSS minor from Bothell) or doing the pre-dental requirements and going to dental school. But the problem is, I feel like I am currently missing CS. I really felt like I "get" it. The logic and puzzles always were so interesting now that I look back at it. But at the time I guess I thought I was "too cool" for comp sci? Idk, what can I do?

I was thinking I would just take MATH 125 and maybe retake 142 and 143? I know it would be a waste of time/money to take Math 124 again (third time???) but how much is a better grade in 142/143 going to help me? I am 100% comfortable with the concepts, I just bombed the finals in those classes. Would taking the non-major CSE 373: Data Structures help me instead of retaking 142/143?
