<p>Does anyone know of any either free or cheap computer tech camps/ summer programs? Competitive is fine. They should accept rising sophomores, and I'm a non US resident [us citizen tho]. Little early to be thinking about next summer, but i like planning ahead. :)</p>

<p>There's the training camp that goes with the USA Computing Olympiad (usaco.uwp.edu), but I'm not sure how not living in the US works with that.</p>
