Comparative Government Curve

Hopefully they curve it a lot. Idk, a lot of my friends thought it was extremely difficult.

Killer test. Brain sizzles.

The MC was pretty easy (pretty vague also!) but the FRQ was hard for me. I think I was trying too hard to find specifics.

justintsn: This was by far, the easiest test I have ever taken.

I couldn’t agreed with you more. It was soo stressless. If I get anything below a 5, I’ll be ticked.

the FRQ= fail…seriously did anyone know the electoral reforms of mexico in 1996? ***
mc was like random

MC was pretty easy; there were about 10 questions which I wasn’t sure of. The FRQ wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be although I BSed a few parts. I think I have a 4, maybe a 5.

ilikeorange, what the heck are you talking about? lol

yeah, i thought the frq was kinda hard…just cuz you had to be real specific and stuff…

The MC wasn’t that bad though there were like 10 questions that were pretty hard.
The free response sucked-though i got higher than 60% on it

I probably did really bad A-B-C-D-F grade wise, but I think I did okay for the AP grading curve. Moment of truth will be when they mail it to us though.

Actually i will basically know how i did in about 2 days when my teacher gets the free response, because that is the part i did terribly on. (no idea what 2007 election reform was) (was very vague about the population policies of Iran)

I didn’t know they got them that early and could tell the students. :/

multiple choice…easy…i was relieved for that!

FRQ’s were NOT okay…i thought most of them were easy, but there were 2 questions I couldn’t figure out how to answer to save my life, so I BSed my way through those…other than that it wasn’t to bad…

but naturally im pessimistic so ill just assume I got a 3…

haha it was only me and one other girl in the test room, so it was kinda weird, and DEAD silent…made me a little more tense than usual.

lol…i was the only one in the room in my counselor’s office…really weird…:)…

Dude free response sucked. I think I got a 4 not counting free response. I screwed up with the FRQ. :frowning: Well college credit out the window. I’m going to cancel my score. I dont want colleges to see this.

I agree that most of the MC was really easy, there were a handful that were tough and 2 that I was clueless… The FRQs were relatively easy overall but there were two parts that I completely BSed… I’m guessing around 70-75% overall but I cannot believe a 60%=5

MC was NOT easy! It was extremely hard! I know I missed at least 3, probably more. And I missed at least two on free response. What IS the curve for a 5 anyway?

For comp gov, according to this thread, 72+/120 (60%) was a 5 last year… I find it difficult to believe that’ll be the case this year, but who knows. If you missed 9 MC and 5 parts (not whole questions, just segments) of the free response you would almost definitely have a 5, so don’t sweat it

when I took the released test from last year in class, I only missed 10. But I have such a problem BSing FRQs for countries like RUSSIA because I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM :(

wait…10scholar…do you think the curve will be harder or easier?
