<p>Hi, I'm a prospective student and I was wondering how competitive the transfer program (Non-local Applicants with Post-Secondary or Other Qualifications) is in HKUST. I have decent academic records and ECs, but I don't have any international awards. I'm not asking for my chance though, just the general stats of admitted students. Thanks in advance!</p>
