So there is this asian guy at my school who tries his hardest to become Valedictorian by taking all AP's and advanced math classes, etc. I take less APs, I am currently Rank 1, and I do more stuff. So, you think I have a better chance to get into HYPSMC by doing more stuff, and doing them well? Instead of him, who MIGHT get Rank 1 and beat me just because of his numerous AP's. He takes easy AP's too. Won't this negatively affect his application to Harvard? Just curious. Anyone else have people in their schools who talk and bother them about everything? Including SAT scores, ACT scores, AP Exam scores, class grades, test grades, PSAT scores, EVERYTHING. It's so annoyinggg.. What should I do to make him stop pestering meee. Lol all advice will be appreciated.

if i were harvard adcom i would chose u

you should keep him in the dark about your academic schedule and merits. Just smile wickedly. It will eat him alive. and dont tell him where your applying, people aren't people when they're caught up in this whole mess.

^ haha..do what nick017 says..it'll give you something interesting to look forward to.

;)

Just tell him straight out that you don't want to talk about it. Tell him that he should just focus on himself- knowing your grades isn't going to raise his IQ. If he has to look down on someone or constantly think of other people in order to do well, then it sucks for him.
