I'm considering MIT, Princeton and stanfords computational mathematics masters/PHD programs. and of course I will apply to some 'lower' tier schools.

I am a chemical engineering major with a math minor from penn state university. My cumulative GPA is a 3.3 and my math GPA is a 3.6'ish. I have solid research experience and will be taking the GRE's in the fall. I am also a URM(ducks) ..dont attack me i just thought I'd throw that in there.....do you think i have a shot at these schools? I really love stanfords program. Feel free to weigh in on my chances. Should I be concerned about my cumulative gpa?
