Computer Crimes, Is it even considered law?

Alright so it may be way to early to be asking questions about law school, since Im only a high school senior and will be most likely martriculating to Bowdoin next year, but I am really intrigued. I am not sure exactly what I want to do but I have been fascinated with Computer Security and encryptions. I will probally double in college in Computer Science and English.
Is there a field in law that deals with Computer Crimes, or anything in the information technology area. I know it sounds real vague, but I have noticed that there is a huge trend of increasing computer crimes, international and national, so I figured there must be some sort of field in law. Can anyone comment?
Also is Comp Sci and English a good background for going into law school? Thanks any input would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. also I forgot to ask do any colleges offer a joint degree jd/ms with Computer Science?

I would tell you to look into Computer Forensics. That will specialize in more of what your talking about

can anyone please expound on that ^.
