Computer Science + Economics

<p>Okay I've seen a couple threads on his double major, and those have convinced me that it's a good idea, and I'm inclined to do it. The next question I would have is...what kind of job fields are there which would call upon skills from both these disciplines? I'm guessing it would be something in IT/Business, and possibly consulting. Any insight here would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>Looks like such a double major would be aiming for jobs in computerized finance and trading or computer modeling of finance and economics (finance industry, some government jobs like the central bank).</p>
