I’m going to get a degree in both, however I don’t know which to minor in, and which to major in?

Well, what do you want to do? There’s no “better,” and it depends entirely on your career goals and interests.
Depends on what you enjoy more. I was considered pursuing Computer Science once, but determined that it wasn’t the right fit for me, so I’m pursuing Mechanical engineering now. It really depends on what you want: do you enjoy working on computers with code or with moving parts more? There isn’t really a “better”, it depends on whats “better” for you!
