What are some good ideas surrounding the concentration portion of AP?

I keep switching between a few ideas, but I don't want to choose something that is either too complicated or too specific or too broad. So I'm trying to choose carefully.

Eyes
Fairytales and Myths
Changes

If you could comment on how you think those ideas above would work, or suggest something of your own would be really fantastic.

The general rule of doing well on a concentration is seeing how you interpret all different facets of the topic, from concrete to abstract, to different painting styles. Choose the one where you feel like you can have the most flexibility and inspiration, yet not get bowled over by “Omg what if I did this?!” At the same time, don’t choose something that you would get so overwhelmed by it that you would be trying too hard to do too many things.

I do have to say though, Fairytales and Myths remind me of those 1800s epic paintings, with a billion people and details -> aka, huge workload for AP Art. You might want to narrow it down to just one facet of myths and fairytales, if you want to go that route. I know your pain, since I’m also doing AP Art this year, and my idea, “Light” is starting to aggravate me, since I’m not 100% sure on the best ways to interpret it, at this point @_@

In that case, I think “changes” is my best option, knowing myself and considering it’s impressionable and easily manipulated.
SO SO glad someone feels my pain. LiEk 0mG workload x1000. Light, you say? That’s a good one, what is your medium?

I guess you already finished all concentratoins for this year?
what theme did you choose?
I chose “change” last year too, and it was about weather, time changes.
