<p>I never received a confirmation e-mail after I sent in my application. I sent the application in online, before the regular decision deadline, and it appears that William and Mary downloaded the application shortly after I submitted it. Has anyone received such an e-mail, or am I in the same boat as everyone else? Thanks</p>
<p>William and Mary did not respond to my daughter that they had received her application. It was the only school out of ten that didn't.</p>
<p>they don't reply for some reason. i applied early and they didn't send me a confirmation email either. But i got accepted so dont worry too much about it.</p>
<p>but how can you know that they received your in state residency app? i'm really worried about this.</p>
<p>You can call the admissions office and ask them if your student's application packet is complete. We did that and they couldn't have been nicer</p>
<p>D also applied to ten schools. W&M has yet to send her any confirmation data. Most other schools have filled email/snail mail with transaction details.</p>

<p>My friend got that same email, but I got nothing.</p>
<p>double checked her email...she DID get that email.</p>
<p>Yeah I got that e-mail a few months ago but I have gotten no other e-mails or anything via snail mail since November.</p>
