<p>I just applied about 3 or 4 days ago. Although the common app says i have everything in (all green triangles) i have yet to receive an email from UVM confirming the application like I have with all the other colleges that I'm applying to. Has this happened to anyone else?</p>
<p>I never got an email from UVM before being admitted. However, a little while after applying, I received something in the mail with a username/password to type into a website to check my credentials, application status, etc… So I’d be on the lookout for that 
Don’t be paranoid… Not all colleges do things the same way… For example, I got admitted to UConn and then 3 weeks letter, THAT is when I received an email telling me they received my application. Haha just makes no sense. Don’t worry. If there are all green triangles, you’re good. :)</p>
<p>My daughter got no emails from UVM, just a snail mail with the password info. Her acceptance showed up first on the site, and then a few days later she got something in the mail.</p>
